The Pastoral Care Group (PCG) program is a fundamental component of Sanderson High School’s commitment to student well-being. PCG teachers act as the primary liaison between the school, students and their families, providing essential support and guidance.

PCG teachers collaborate closely with Year Level Coordinators, School Counsellor, Special Education Needs Team and other members of multidisciplinary well-being team to ensure a comprehensive approach to student welfare.

Our mission is to equip students with social, emotional and well-being skills that underpin their personal development, foster positive relationships and promote lifelong learning.
