Bring Your Own Device
(BYOD)
Our BYOD Program allows students to use their own laptop to support learning in the classroom and at home.
Participation is encouraged but not compulsory. We continue to provide access to school technology throughout the day so every student can participate.
Why BYOD?
Using a personal device helps students to:
- • Access learning resources anytime, anywhere
- • Collaborate with teachers and classmates
- • Complete assessments and assignments efficiently
- • Develop valuable digital literacy skills
- • Build confidence for future study and employment
Students can connect their personal device to the NT Schools Guest Wi-Fi Network while at school. Assistance from the IT officer is available if required.
Compass School Manager
Compass School manager is our online portal for students and parents. This gives access to:
- • Students’ timetable
- • Attendance
- • Assessment tasks
- • School Reports
- • Notices & Important announcements
